Delivery & Returns
It is the policy of BUiLT BY NUTRITION to ensure that all goods supplied to our customers are in tip-top condition. We take great care to make sure our products arrive in a timely manner and to your satisfaction. The BUiLT BY NUTRITION brand stands for quality and we are sure you will enjoy our products.
Products ordered from our website will only be delivered to addresses located within the mainland United Kingdom. Unfortunately, we are unable to dispatch products to PO Box and BFPO addresses. We charge a standard delivery fee of £4.95 on ALL orders under £50. Orders over £50 receive free shipping.
Please double check delivery and product details before you place your order as these details cannot be changed once an order has been processed
Orders for in-stock items are generally processed and dispatched the next working day. Delivery will be by conventional and courier postal services to an address with a recognisable postcode.
Cancellations & Order Returns
At BUiLT we are certain you will love our products, however, should you wish to cancel your order (we won’t judge you, honestly!) then simply email us at email@example.com within 14 days of placing your order to arrange cancellation.
If you have simply changed your mind* and wish to return an item you have already received, you have 14 days from receiving your items to do so.
Returned items must be unopened and in their original packaging, just email firstname.lastname@example.org to start the process, upon which you will be provided with a return address. Payment will be credited to your original method of payment. It can take up to 7 days for an item to be received, and it takes 2 business days from time of receipt for the refund to be processed and 3-5 business days for the refund amount to reflect in your account.
*Please be advised that we do not cover costs of return postage unless the item is faulty or there is an error with your order.
Damaged or Faulty Goods
Should you receive an item that is not up to our usual high standards then get in touch at email@example.com. You can return any faulty item up to 6 months after purchasing and receive a replacement or full refund. Once inspected, a replacement or refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving your goods. Similarly if we send you the wrong item by mistake, we apologise and these can also be returned via this same process.
We do not charge any additional fees or shipping costs for the return of faulty or incorrect items or their subsequent replacement delivery.
Please remember to ask for a proof of postage certificate and keep it safe for your reference as without this, we cannot refund any money if we do not receive your return parcel.
